The Pond

This is a webgame, but it was not running properly embeded in itch.io. Please download the .zip file and run the "index.html" in your favorite browser.

In The Pond, you are a frog that must eat the mosquitos to grow. Make sure the mosquitos get in your mouth, however, and do not bite you!

Eating a mosquito will increase your frog's scale, which will make you a bigger target for the mosquitos.

You want to eat as many mosquitos as possible.

Using mouse controls, click to move your frog towards the cursor. With keyboard controls, press space to move the frog towards your cursor. Your frog will always be looking at your cursor.

There is a global leaderboard at the end of the game. It will show the top 10 scores, along with the name provided. You might be asked for a leaderboard name even if you do not qualify for the leaderboard. You can hit [Esc] instead of [Enter] to not be placed on the leaderboard.
